Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate will be responsible for testing applications, identifying defects, developing automation scripts, and ensuring high-quality software releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, report, track, and verify defects using Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Execute automated regression suites and analyze results.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Perform basic SQL/database testing and data validation.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA improvements.
Must-Have Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA processes.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with API testing – Postman/Swagger.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Git/version control.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Cucumber/BDD.
- Exposure to mobile testing – Appium.
- Knowledge of performance testing – JMeter.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Exposure to AI-powered testing and modern QA automation tools.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any IT, Engineering, or a related field.
